The system administrator has the highest level of access in Mentor LMS, with comprehensive control over all aspects of the platform.

Administrator Capabilities

User Management

  • Manage All Users: Create, view, edit, and deactivate user accounts
  • Role Assignment: Assign or change user roles (admin, instructor, student)
  • Instructor Applications: Review and approve applications from users wanting to become instructors
  • User Verification: Verify user identities and credentials when required

Content Management

  • Course Oversight: View, approve, edit, or remove any course on the platform
  • Category Management: Create and organize course categories and subcategories
  • Featured Content: Select courses to highlight on the homepage
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets platform standards

Financial Administration

  • Payment Gateway Setup: Configure payment processing services
  • Transaction Monitoring: View and manage all financial transactions
  • Revenue Reports: Access detailed reports on platform earnings
  • Instructor Payouts: Set commission rates and manage instructor payments
  • Refund Processing: Handle student refund requests when necessary

    • System Information (Site name, description, etc.)
